PHILOSOPHY
Sean Busher has a passion for creating surreal and super-real imagery. He is sought for his ability to develop advertising concepts into works of art.
Busher considers himself one of the lucky ones in life. It was at a young age he realized his creativity and by the tenth grade you could almost always find Busher with a camera in tow. By taking his studies to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill he had many opportunities to learn from greats such as Eddie Adams and Nick Ut. Hearing personal accounts of how their images changed the world forever quickly proved the power of the medium. By graduating with a degree in photojournalism and beginning his career as an editorial shooter Busher learned to work decisively and discovered the beauty and authenticity of every moment. It was only upon stepping out of the bounds of editorial photography, however, did Busher truly begin to flourish. Using his gift to conceptualize extensive projects that are often not completed with a single click of the camera, he has been able to create images that go beyond the scope of conventional photography.
